General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the LAGER Shop website and all purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Ordering Process

Product selection

Browse our catalogue and add products to your cart. All prices shown include VAT.

Checkout

Enter your delivery details and choose a payment method. You can shop as a guest or create an account.

Order confirmation

After payment, you receive a confirmation email. The purchase contract is concluded at this point.

Delivery

Your order is packed and shipped via GLS. You receive a tracking number by email.

Prices & Payment

All prices on the website are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, and cash on delivery (Croatia only). Full details are available on our payment methods page.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price valid at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us via email or the contact form with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You must return the products in their original condition and packaging.

We will refund the full purchase price, including original shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Warranty & Complaints

All products come with the legal warranty as required by Croatian law (2 years for new products). If a product is defective, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

To file a complaint, contact us with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos if possible. We will respond within 15 days.

Liability

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the website will be error-free at all times.

In case of obvious errors (e.g. a clearly incorrect price), we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer a full refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Croatia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you can exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving it.

Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
