The DIN 961 hex bolt is a metric fine-thread bolt threaded all the way to the head (full thread), manufactured to the DIN 961 standard (DIN EN 28676 / ISO 8676). The fine thread pitch allows more precise tightening, a larger thread stress area and better resistance to loosening under vibration compared with the coarse-thread DIN 933. With its fully threaded shank, the bolt offers flexible engagement depth and a reliable joint even in thinner materials.

Made in strength class 10.9 for high-load applications, it is available in steel and in a zinc-plated version for improved corrosion protection. Sizes range from M10 to M30 in various lengths, suitable for machine building, assembly, automotive and industrial applications that require a secure and precise bolted connection.
